[Tutorial] Aura

Hello

Below is a tutorial for Aura, my latest personal powertrick penmod.

Mine is 20g and 24cm. Can be lighter/heavier, shorter/longer.

To make Aura, you need 2 Fabercastell Pitt Artist Pen brush and 1 Fabercastell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour Marker. Since both of the markers are from the same company, the body and the caps are the same color range

Others stuff such as tips, grips, decorative rings and connector are up to you and depends on what you have/can find.

My Aura stuff :
– front comssa connector
– fake tornado clear grip
– metal thread from old uni alpha gel
– G3 grip
– decorative o rings (the middle one is tect)

1- empty your markers and prepare anything you need

2- Cut from the pitt pen front 9mm, sand it and put it into the Albrecht tip :

3- Remove the tiny clip of the Albrecht cap.

4- Cut your alpha gel metal thread, sand it down and polish it. Add G3 grip above it and put the weight stack onto the Albrecht cap.

5- Add the grip onto the cap – I advise using thin grip since the cap is big already.

6- My comssa connector is 4cm long, one side has a bit of tape on it. Tect ring at the middle.

7- Clear the body with acetone, it will make the body less slippery.

Done 🙂

Now, it’s your turn to choose a color !
